Composite costs more up front and gives most of it back in not sanding and re-staining every couple of seasons, which matters at this sun exposure. Wood is less money now and can be beautiful. We will price both if you want to compare.
When is the best time to build a deck here?

Do decks need a permit?

Can you add a cover or pergola to a deck I already have?
