Kitchens are the work we most want to do, and they are where doing the trades in-house matters most. Cabinets have to land level before counters get templated, the backsplash has to meet the cabinet run cleanly, and the flooring has to run under the toe kick correctly. When one small crew owns all of it, those hand-offs stop being the place where the schedule slips.
We work at both ends of the budget. Painted shaker cabinets with butcher block and subway tile make a very good-looking kitchen for sensible money. Natural wood cabinets with stone counters and floating shelves are a different budget, and we build those too.
You deal with one crew, not a list of trades. Max’s own crew does the demolition, framing, drywall, tile, flooring, trim and paint — the heavy parts that a cabinet showroom sends out to someone else.

Is the estimate free?
For most kitchens, yes. Text a few photos of the space and we will set a time to come measure.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
It depends on scope and on how quickly countertops come back from the fabricator. A cabinet, counter, tile and flooring remodel is usually a matter of weeks rather than months. We give you a realistic schedule with the estimate.
Can we stay in the house during the work?
Usually yes. You will be without a kitchen for part of it, so we talk through a temporary setup and sequence the work to keep the rest of the house livable.
Can you move or remove walls?
Yes. Opening a kitchen to the living room is common work for us. Anything structural is engineered where the building department requires it, and Max pulls the permits.
Do you supply the cabinets or do we?
Either way works. Some clients order their own cabinets and we install; often it is simpler for us to handle the order so the sizes, fillers and hardware all match the layout.
